Objective: Students should be able to:-
-identify the different vehicles
-orally describe the vehicles
-discuss about the different type of vehicles
Materials: computer, CD, flash cards and chart
Previous Knowledge: Students would have seen the different types of land transportation in the community.
Introduction: Teacher will sing a song about transportation
"Transportation is a big word, hear all about, see all about, tell
all about, transportation. Teacher will ask the students what is transportation. Teacher will allow children to guess the names of land transportation.
Procedure:
Step 1: Students will look at a CD on the computer about the
different type of land transportation.
Step 2: Teacher will ask the students identify and name the vehicles.
Step 3: Students will describe the vehicles that they have seen on the CD.
Step 4: Teacher and students will discuss about the different type of vehicle
Closures: Students will sing song with teacher and say the name of a vehicle that they have seen in the CD.
Application: Students will be given flash card of vehicles on them. They will go to the chart and match the ones that are the same.
